| 1. | How do I order a container ?
All you have to do is go through the catalogue, write down the codes, quantities, and fax or send by email the information to us. In return, we will send you an order confirmation starting the lead time along with the total cost of your order. Once you have reviewed your order, make any necessary changes, sign your order and fax or email back to us.

| 2. | Can I choose what I put on my container ?
Absolutely! Just tell us which and how many items you want. If the item is not in our catalogue, but you know it is being produced in Indonesia, just send us a picture of the item, and we will do our best to add it to our product line.

| 3. | What is the production time ?
Normally our standard production time per container is eight ( 8 ) weeks. This however can depend on the items that you request.
In Indonesia we also have many different religious holidays that can sometimes interrupts production times.
For customers with large orders we will work out a production schedule that suits your priorities and needs. With each order we can give you a very close estimate of just how long it will take to complete your order.

| 4. | Can a container be shipped anywhere ?
Yes, we ship all over the world.

| 5. | What is the minimum order ?
Initially samples can be sent, by sharing a container or alternatively by LCL or Air freight. The minimum order has to be container sales only.

| 6. | What are the payment terms ?
Our payment terms are an Irrevocable Letter of Credit or transfer of 50% deposit and the balance once the container is delivered and the bill of lading (shipping document) is send to you.
Once we have received the balance the original documents will send by air courier to you.
